Selection cancelled earlier now got the post again what are my rights

Now i working as primary teacher in govt school last 15years but my selection cancelled by punjabharyn high court in omparkash chautala case now v r in double batch but now i m selected for same post in new vocancy a copy of form sent to departmnt now i want this do through properchanel benifit of my l 15year service sir plz advise me

If your earlier appointment was quashed by the High Court then you will not be able to claim the benefit of the earlier service. The Court in that case had only provided that the salary already paid shall not be recovered. However the benefit of the experience was not allowed. You can take your chance again by filing a petition in this regard. Though unlikely, the Court might consider.
