SALARY NOT PAID BY EMPLOYER FOR ONE MONTH HOW TO RECOVER

HI. My ex educational employer has not paid my salary till today for one month before I left the institution in dec 2015 after given prior 3 month notice. I want to know what can be done? Multiple reminders, multiple visits done already
Please take note of following -
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the industrial practice.
2. If they fails to respond to the legal notice then you need to take action against them as per the employment agreement which there in between you and the company.
3. Or else you need to go to court.

Unpaid salary of an employee by the employer is a debt towards the company according to the latest judgment of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. You can file a complaint with the conciliation officer labur court but since the issue is non payment of only one month salary, therefore it is advisable to settle the issue amicably with your employer.
