Salary-Bonus-Leave payment not paid

I was working with a private firm in pune. suddenly in January our HR came to me and ask me to give resign. I didn't. I continued to go to office. After 10 days they have blocked my access to punching machine, diverted my mails, phone number was also diverted. Due to frustration I had given resign and ask for the salary, bonus and leave payment but I haven't got any reply from employer. Till date I am struggling to have my salary. I am messaging to MD for my salary, he is only replying as "we are doing, we are paying soon" etc. I am totally frustrated.
You can either approach labour court for the same or you can send a legal notice to the employer demanding the payment of the full and final settlement, if the employer denies/ignores to comply to the same then, you can file a civil suit for recovery against the employer in the jurisdictional civil court.

you have to sent a legal notice to the employer firstly. if the employer failed to pay the salary on or before 10 day of next month, then you should aproch to inspector as per provision under the payment of wages act 1936 and file application for breach of the act. you or the inspector shall file criminal compliant also.non payment os serious offence the act . in maharastra you can aslo choice to filecompliant for restrain to unfair labour practice angaist your emploer .
