Salary and Document with company

I was working in an organization in Gurgaon. I joined this org in June 2016. I got the offer letter and after 1 month of joining got the appointment letter where was mentioned if I leave the organization before completion of 1 year then need to compensate 3 months of Gross salary. I resigned due to some reasons before 1 year now company is denying to pay my 2 months salary and 4 months reimbursement with relieving and experience letter. I have already sent a legal notice to company but company is not replying on legal notice as well. Please let me know what should I do?

As your employment contract states the said clause of relieving early, your employment will be governed by the said contract. However, you can ask your employer to return the experience letter by filing a case in the civil court.

Need not to worry it is not a compulsion over a employ to serve notice period with employer in certain conditions. Please contact personally or have a telephonic discussion over same so that I can suggest a better prospectives to you
