um log koshagar main 176 candidate jan 2013 se outsoursing se computer operator k pad par lagatar job kar rahe h. hum apne ko outsoursing se hata kar sanvida k jariye rakhne k liye rit dayar kar sakte hai. hamara har sal g.o. hota hai job badane k liye... humne apne bade officers se pucha to unhone kaha ki koshagar main computer operator ka pad na hone k karana tumhe permanent nahi kiya ja sakta hai..agar computer operatior ka pad nahi tha to hame rakha hi kyou gaya.. ya nikli hui 702 vacancy main se 176 vacancy rokne k liye koi rit dayar ho sakti h..
My Reply: No you cannot claim permanent job as you have contract employee and no right arises for you

U can file writ seeking contractual appointment directly other than through outsourcing. For other reliefs will need to see the documents.

Show me all the GO government orders as it seems you have good case and you all can get those 176 seats reserved for yourselves.

As you people are working since last 3 years you have created a small right in it and you all can get relief from high court.
So I guess meet some lawyer at allahabad high court and proceed with matter.
