as the trail court has convicted you and your father for 7 years and you have been granted bail by the high court. in this case as you might have filed an appeal before the Hon'ble High court as well challenging the order of the lower court. in Govt. jobs till the person has been acquitted from the case and FIR has been quashed he stays suspended and an inquiry committed is also made to take a decision on the continuation of the job. as the court has ordered against you the only way to get the suspension revoked is if your father is acquitted from the case.
