Resigned Job but refusing to return my original certificates

I have worked as a lecturer in a Private polytechnic collage for the past one year. When I joined they have told me to work for two years.I have written in a empty white paper. but now I am feeling uncomfortable with the college. So I resigned my job and they refusing to return my certificates and forcing me to work for another one yearyear. If not they told me to pay three month salary. Please help me to get my certificates.
