Removed from rank without any proper audit by authorities

A lady serving as principal in a women's college was accused of misusing ugc grants but were all accusations were unproved in three subsequent audits. A few staff somehow managed to convince the local area representative (college secretary) for ousting the principal.Now the victim faces removal from rank for unproved reasons.No criteria for such actions were followed and there was abuse of power.Please suggest appropriate action.
If any action has been occasioned, immediately consult an advocate for filing appropriate applications. If the same is a government college, then one can approach directly to High Court and if it is a private one then Jharkhand Educational Tribunal. Consult an advocate with all documents.
