Removed from company from disciplinary can i ask for reliving letter

My questions are for a person terminated on disciplinary ground: A terminated employee is eligible for a experience letter from the company he worked for more than a year? Is that experience letter is beneficial to the that terminated employee? Can a company can hire a terminated employee again? Thank you.
You are advised to first file a representation with your employer and on the rejection of the same you may approach the Industrial Tribunal/Labour court under section 19 of the Industrial Tribunal Act. I think there isno bar for other copany to hire a terminated employee if the termination is not on the ground of corruption or moral turpitude.
