A nursing staff had been removed from the job for taking a leave to attend the exam as she was working in the same hospital since 8 years ...requesting all the hounarable layers in the Lawrato to guide us on taking a leagal action
You can send a legal notice to the Head of the Department responsible for the same demanding reinstatement. If the employer denies to comply to the same then you can approach labour court for the same or you can file a case in jurisdictional civil court for illegal termination thereby claiming compensation along with your full and final settlement.
