Regarding Resignation while I am willing to serve notice period
15-Nov-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
HI, I have resigned from my current organization. But they are not ready to accept my resignation. I tried my best to convince them. But they are so adamant and even they are moving further and saying that they might stop my new offer. Also they are threading me that they are ready to face even if I approach them legally. I need to understand the problems behind this and will it affect my new role. I am ready to serve notice period (2 months) and do proper knowledge transfer. But management is not ready to listen to me and they are so adamant. Please advise how I can come out from my current organization.
In order to advise you about your situation it is required to go through your company's policy of employment.
Your employment letter should have all those clause. If the policy specify something on those terms that you are imposed on right now by the company you have to abide by them, but if you not you can send them a legal letter through an advocate, for imposing arbitrary and random rules on you.
