Recover Money from Ex Company

I Joined a pvt ltd company ( Located in Daman) on 1024 April ( Appointment letter is with me). after 4-5 months they told all employee that there will be no salary and only Commission against sales will be given and all are free to work with other Companies also ( No written Communication to any body). All Sales employee leaved the except me. I continued the work. From May 2016 Company stopped my commission which was around Rs. 50K . after few months I stopped working ( Without any Written Communication) I repeatedly reminded and requested for the money to MD ( Staying in Dubai, Basically from Kerla ) and all others ( Indian Head ) thru emails and whatsapp. What Can I do to recover the money ?
Sir as you are working as commission basis and the company is a pvt. Ltd company having it's place of work in India hence you can file suit for recovery of your salary i.e. commission amount before any civil court but you can also send one pleader notice through advocate for redressal of your grievances. You have also option to complain this matter to other appropriate forums under various provisions of land of the laws .
