You can move an application for the urgent hearing or listing of the matter before the Hon'ble Court stating the reason that it has been more than seven years and nothing has happened in the matter. You can also talk to your advocate to look into this matter on a strict note or can ask him to leave your matter giving your case to some other competent advocate.

Hi, will glad to help you. You can file an application for early hearing if there is some urgency in the matter. Court can hear your matter if matter is also covered by some settled judgment of the High Court or Supreme Court.

In which court is your case pending? Has it been filed or not? If yes then what is the stage of the case...if your case is listed for a later date you can apply for early hearing of your case. Without knowing abt the details its very difficult to elucidate.
