Receiving funds on behalf of company getting commission is it legal

16-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

My company receives payments via PayPal to my bank account currently. This payment is from a specific online business only. Mine is a personal savings account. Funds are in the range of 1 - 20 Lacs a month. From the funds received , a cheque is made by me to the company . I send back 90% of the received funds. Keeping 10%. If in a month we receive 1 lac , I get 10k , if 10 Lac then I get 1 lac and so. That becomes my commission on sales as I am not salaried. Is there any law broken ? If yes , is there a proper way of doing this. Regards

Greetings,
Is there any thing in written between you and your company or it is just a mutual agreement between both of you. No law is broken but it may amount to running away from various taxes as commercial transaction is been taken place
