Received show cause notice by employer what can I do

HI sir/madam i have an ongoing issue with my employers since last couple of months .the reason why this issue started was that i complained about some activities by the management which is against the company policy n is a non compliance.after that management started forcing me to resign .Now i have received a show cause as stated that i was asked to meet the hr for discussion but i failed to do that however thats not true so what i should do now.
