I am working as a lecturer in govt polytechnic and my required 8 years experience is complete for promotion to the post of Sr.lecturer.but my ex principal is not writing acr of two years and department has kept the promotion pending because of incomplete acr .how can I get my promotion
You may approach the High Court asking for issuance for a writ of mandamus directing the principal to write and submit you ACR in a time bound manner and to consider your case for promotion from the time it became due.
