Procedure to withdraw PF when company is under liquidator

Sir I am en ex employee of a company. The company is now under liquidator. In this situation company is avoiding to certify my pf withdrawal form. What is the procedure of withdrawal of pf. Thanks
MY OPINION THAT your company now in a very bad shape that now it is under supervision of court liquidator, so you have legitimate right & claim for PF , and you should legally claim for that, and move at competent forum/forums.
