if there is any full and final dues payable by the previous employer than he is bound to pay you, but you have to show the entitlement for the same. You have not stated your status with your employer only than the procedure for the recovery can be determined. Either from Labor court by invoking the provisions of Industrial Dispute Act or in Civil Court.
