Potential employer making candidate wait for 3 months about joining.

19-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

Is there a legal remedy available against a potential employer, who makes the candidate wait for more than 3 months, through out the tenure confirming about offer and joining via its HR or recruitment agency. If yes what shall be the total damages claimed by the candidate and under which law will it fall under. Thank you

You can send a legal notice through a lawyer and claim damages from the company.

In case they fail, then you can file a suit thereby seeking damages.
