I HAD PORN VIDEOS IN MEMORY CARD WHICH WAS DOWNLOADED BY ME, AND I DID NOT WATCHED. BUT IT WAS CAME TO KNOW BY MY TEAM LEADER IN OFFICE. I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER IT IS OFFENCE. IT IS IN THE YEAR 2014
its been more then 2 years. if your office people had to file a case they would had done by then. though keeping or watching any obscene video is a crime in our country. you should be careful next time and do not do anything which may put you in trouble
