Physical violence at work place can I file a case in labour court ?

I am being pressurize by my manager , even once he has done physically violence with me at work place, I have raised my concern to case management team but I am not getting solution, everything going in his favor. my question is if i lock the complaint against him in labour court
If HR fails to take any action then you can lodge a police complaint wherein you can inform the police that you have been subjected to physical voilence.
