Pension not sanctioned can we file review of writ petition

my father service was in police dept . of jaipur state and regine in 1954 after 11year and 10 month service. but pension is not sanction. alwar superdent of police recomand for pension after verifying service. writ for this matter not accept and aso D.B reject . please tell me can we file again review writ pitition.
