Pension denied by MTNL even after working for 10 years

MY SISTER IN LAW HAD WORKED WITH DOT/MTNL FOR OVER 10 YEARS. AFTER MARRIAGE, DUE TO SOME MATROMONIAL PROBLEM SHE COULD NOT CONTINUE AND REGULAR IN SERVICE. SHE WAS CHARGE SHEETED AND NOW THE DEPTT. IS REFUSING FOR PENSION.
First among all, you need to see what was the final orders of the administration for the charge sheet prepared against her. If she was found guilty on the grounds of misconduct and her unruly behavior as per the professional terms then she will not be entitled to any benefits post her retirement.
You need to challenge the administration order passed against her in the labor court to seek any benefit for which she was entitled to post her retirement.
