Can i receive 50% back wages and absorption in lic as per supreme court ordet dated 9 aug 2016 in case of presrntly appointed in other govt deptt
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.

Yes you may seek parity on the strength of supreme court order August. You will have to prefer a writ petition in the concerned H.C. having jurisdiction in the matter. The HC on the strength of the SC order will grant you the required relief.
