Pay scale not revised as per MACP working for 15 years now what to do?

I am working in Bal Bharti for more than 15 years now. I have not received MACP from school yet. My pay scale has not been revised where as juniors have got the revised pay scale. What action can i take against that?

You will have to prepare your case stating your grievance and made representation to School and in case of dos satisfaction,to Director Of Education.
If DOE IS NOT ABLE TO HELP YOU YOU MAY FILE a Writ Petition in Delhi High Court.
