Not received salary for last 6 months. what legal action can I take ?

I am working with local company which is register. Working with the company owner with last 3 year. My Boss shifted me to new on problem from last six months, i got only one month salary. Now he say market is down, basically i under pressure of huge amount(my salary). if i leave the company, then he will not pay me a single penny. what legal action can I take
You should firstly write to your boss thereby asking him to pay your salary. In case he fails to pay the salary you can send a legal notice thereby demanding your salary and if he fails to give the salary despite legal notice
you can file suit for recovery
