Not interested to show previous employment while applying govt jobs

Last year i worked in a private contracts company...they not issued the proper appointment letter.even not issued the proper pay slips...recently i got my experience letter for one year and claimed the pf also...even that company dont have hr also...for this i am not interested to add my experience while applying for govt jobs....i am interested to prepare for psu ,state govt jobs and civils too ...if i add my exp to that job, in verification time i dont have proper documents and my company is also not a employee friendly.For that i am not interested to adding previous experience.not showing this information is any problem for future...plz clarify us...these all thoughts disturbing me...

It depends upon the demand of the organization. If you do not comply with their demands, then there can be a problem. However, you can write about your previous employments there will be no problem. It is recommended that donot write false information in any of the declaration.
