Not getting salary from my employer and assigned different post

Not getting my salary from past 2 months. There is no response from my employer. I applied for the post of HR and offer letter regarding the same. But now working in sales. What action can i take against my employer?
If you applied for HR and you accepted sales , then it is your discretion and we cannot raise objection after your joining. However we can take a plea that you were told that on a later stage you shall be absorbed at the said post. But we will have to examine the entire facts and circumstances.
Further, if you are not getting salary first thing you need to do is that write a formal mail and if they fail to release the salary, then write a formal email specifying the reason you are leaving the house. Thereafter through a lawyer send a legal notice thereby demanding your salary.
