Non payment of salary since three months

My husband n I live separately. He was working in a company named strands spa n lounge as events n promotional manager.he was appointed in Dec 2015 without any appointment letter.the company paid only 15 days salary in starting and after that they paid not a penny.my husband left his job due to nonpayment.. He is sending daily mails n calls.but the company is not responding. Its very hard for me wid two kids to manage.what should I do
You will have to send them a legal notice through a lawyer demanding your three months salary. If they fail to give, then you can file suit for recovery and demand interest 24% cost of litigation and compensation for mental harrasment.
