Non payment of salary by the employer

Hi, I was working for an unregistered company owned by a NRI for the last 8 months. He has not given me any offer letter or pay slips. When asked he kept postponing the matter. I left the company on December 01 2016. He has not paid me my November month's salary. I have called him many time, he is just buying time saying I will do it today or tomorrow or with in two days. What do I do, Please Help?
Your private employment is governed by the employment contract and the terms and condition mentioned in the contract. If there is a clause in the contract that before termination the company has to serve a notice period then the company is bound to do so. If the company terminates without serving notice period
