Non-payment of salary by employer and not responding

I'm working in a Kolkata based company having Head Office in Bangalore as Consultant with whom I am having Service terms 'one month salary / notice' on either side. I am Suddenly I got a phone call from Head office and they advised me no to go to office from tomorrow. They are also in the process of closing Kolkata office. They have not paid my salary for 2 & 1/2 months (since Jan. 2016) and neither gave me official notice. Neither they are replying my mails nor releasing my salary. What could I do ?
Your private employment is governed by the employment contract and the terms and condition mentioned in the contract. If there is a clause in the contract that before termination the company has to serve a notice period then the company is bound to do so. If the company terminates without serving notice period
