Non payment of gratuity payment by company

Sir, I had worked in Private reputed education sector for 5 years and 8 months (01 July 2009 to 03 March 2016. I got my experience certificate and my security. But till time I never got my gratuity payment. I had discussed verbally and through email with the HR Head of the company. But he never replied for the same. What I should do in this case?
Dear client, first of all if the school is govt aided or not secondly if they are not releasing your dues, issue a legal notice through an advocate, even if they would not make the payment then you have remedy to file writ petition in High Court, your problem will be solved..
