WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF A SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT IS NOT IMPLEMENTED BY A P.S.U ( LIC of India) ,EVEN AFTER THE CURATIVE PETITION FILLED BY THE P.S.U IS REJECTED
it is amount to contempt of court. so that it is proper to file contempt petition in the same court.if the origanal judgement is passed by any trial court t,it is confirmed by any superier sourt court or suprem court , in this circumstancec contempt petitioin may be file in trial court.
