CONTRACTUAL SERVICE IS NOT A GOVERNMENT SERVICE. IT IS GOVERNED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BY THE EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE. IN CASE THE CONTRACT CONTAINS THE NOC CLAUSE. THE SAME SHALL BE DEALT WITH BY THAT CLAUSE OTHERWISE NO NOC IS REQUIRED TO OBTAINED.

You are a contract samvida teacher and you will be govern by your contract which you have signed at the time of your appointment and I'm sure that there will be a condition that if you want to resign so you will have to inform the department one month or two months ago from resign similarly in new job if you are selected as regular employee and joined also then you should inform that earliar you were contract employee so it is not big matter to worry. You can easily fase the situation.
