No offer letter given want to leave now manager threatening

30-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

I have worked in a company for the past 9 months. They have not given any offer letter. Due to ill health, I am resigning immediately by today. I have informed all my situation to the manager. But he is threatening me that he don't give any certificates or salary. Speaking so harshly. I am helpless. What can I do????

There must be some written communication between you and the company to prove the terms of your employment. You should first issue a legal notice to the company demanding your remaining salary to be released. Feel free to get in touch with the LawRato team for further assistance.
