No extra salary being paid by the employer for overtime work done

I wanted to know is there anything an employee could do to the company who does not follow the proper rules of payment. Like Salary is always late by 15-30 day. Company deduct the PF from Total Salary but no PF account was opened. There are several other issues even with the leaves in the company. We only get 1 leave per month. No medical leave. No compensatory leave. We don't get paid for overtime neither in money nor in compensation. No Hard Copy of Joining letter or even Hard Copy of ID card has been provided.

Work Hours and Overtime Pay in India. Working Hours in India: As per the Factories Act 1948, every adult (a person who has completed 18 years of age) cannot work for more than 48 hours in a week and not more than 9 hours in a day. According to Section 51 of the Act, the spread over should not exceed 10-1/2 hours.
