Night duty allowance not paid by ISRO SHAR

6th pay commission recommend night duty allowance, but not given to employees. recently asking the question to ISRO SHAR head officers all of sudden they implemented 2016 jan on words(the stating day of 7th pay commission). in the 7th pay commission report night duty allowance same as 6th pay. they do not give in 6th pay period, if i challenge this court of law can i get my arrears of night duty allowances?. Is pay commission recommendations legally justifiable?
Yes, you may have a fair chance to win and get all the arrear of night duty allowance. Before that kindly file an RTI asking the same information that are the employees eligible to get arrears of night duty under 6th pay commission and under 7th lay commission. You would have sufficient proof in case they agree to strengthen your petition
