Need to join new company is relieving certificate mandatory

R/Sir, I left my job on Aug 2014 and then after i started my business in my home town. Now after 2 years when my business is well settled I want to restart my career again but from previous company i did not collect my reliving letter and experience certificate. So can I join a new company as a fresher. please suggest

Yes, you can join a new company as a fresher. But, if you would take the experience certificate only from the previous employer(company), then they won't deny you from the certificate. What i am saying is that its totally upto you that whether you want to join as a fresher or a experienced person. There is no mandatory due check on experience certificate when you are join as a fresher but if you declare the present employer that you worked earlier also and they consider the same then you should get the experience certificate.
Its upto you to decide but its not mandatory.
