Need information on graduation degree for bank employment

I AM K RAMESH AN EX-SERVICEMAN WORKING IN INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK SINCE 2012. I HAVE COMPLETED MY MA FROM ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY (OPEN UNIVERSITY SYSTEM). ON INITIAL PAY FIXATION IN IOB, I HAS GIVEN INCREMENT FOR GRADUATION. LATER WHEN RE-FIXED MY SALARY AS AN EX SERVICEMAN, MY GRADUATION INCREMENT WAS CUT STATING THAT MINE IS MA OF OPEN UNIVERSITY SYSTEM. I PRODUCED CERTIFICATES FROM ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITITY, TN GOVT ORDER AND CENTREAL GOVT LETTERS STATING THAT OPEN UNIVERSITY DEGREE IS EQUAL TO NORMAL DEGREE. KINDLY ADVICE ME IN THIS REGARD
You will have to file a PIL in the respective high court of your state making the said bank a party to the dispute.
