Need advice regarding pf and gratuity

I was retired from central warehousing corporation of India on 31/03/2016 . And the regional office is not submitting the report by which my fund is still not released and I am suffering from a financial problem , and now I ant to file a case against the department, so Pl suggest me to whom should I file a case , or what to do
As for as I concern Central warehouse corporation made a scheme in the year of 2007 name as "central warehouse corporation contribution superannuation benefit pension scheme rules" for employees to manage the pension and other retiral dues of employee
and If you are a member of central warehouse corporation contribution superannuation benefit pension scheme rules then you will be govern by such scheme and if the corporation is not giving you pention and retiral dues then you will have to file the writ petition before Hon'ble High Court under article 226 of Constitution of India against the chairman/ managing director of the corporation and have to pray for the payment of all the retiral dues.
The Hon'ble High Court will deside your petition and direct the corporation to give your pension and other retiral dues.

PF and gratuity are payable within thirty days of retirement. you have not mentioned whether you had approached any time for payment of superannuation benefits to the competent authority or not during this period of more than one year. however, if the superannuation benefits have not been paid within 30 days you will get interest too there on. You will have approach High Court which has territorial jurisdiction
