My Pension after resigning after 12 yrs of service denied by CAT
14-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was working in Dept. of Telecommunication as Junior Engineer from 23-09-1968 till 21-02-1981. I resigned after that for domestic reasons. As per new pension rule i had applied for pension in CAT court who denied my benefits stating that resignation is not retirement. Please advise if I am eligible for pension.
