My company want me to give resignation or they will fire me.what to do

My company want me to give resignation or they will fire me on performance basis. I am working from the last 2.6 years in my current company. But they don't have project so they want cost cutting.
Not much can be done in this matter. It would be advisable to you to give them your resignation ask for your Full and Final settlement and your relieving letter and to find out a new job as soon as possible.
Otherwise if they issue you a termination letter then you may be in big trouble.
