MNC terminated me illegally without any notice, asking for huge amount

Hi sir, I had worked in MNC company for some time. I had very bad experiences with my department in my company. These include mental harassment, abuse, overburden, discrimination etc. Same things reported to higher authorities, instead of taking action on them. The company terminated me without any notice and demanding huge amount to provide all my documents. Sir please suggest me, can i proceed legally on this.
You can send a lawyer notice regarding this issue .
They don't have any right to retain your certificates at any costs.if they don't comply with this regard you can file a case against them before the labour commissioner. But you have not said anything about the period of your service and in what position you held. However, you send a legal notice to the person.
