If its simply work related issue then you have other remedies. But if he is using verbal or physical abuses against working women at work place then certainly he can be prosecuted under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act, 2013. If you have an internal committee for complaining sexual harrasment in your firm you have to approach it otherwise you can complain in the local committee. At the same time you can make a formal complaint to National Commission for Women with proper evidence.

You can flag this issue initially to your HR asking them to look into the issue and to pacify the situation. If they fails to make any response or do not intervenes into the matter then you can send ask for the domestic enquiry in the company for it. If they still refuse to do so then you can send them a legal notice asking them to med their ways. If that too do not makes any difference then you can drag them to the competent court of jurisdiction for mental harassment, agony and incompatible and inhumane working conditions.
