Mental harassment at workplace. What legal action can I take?

02-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am in administration section of a central govt. department. My section put me under heavy workload of multiple seats. I told them that it would not be possible to handle by one person. Still they didn't listen. Definitely my work resulted in lots of mistakes. Then they issued me a number of memo (memorandum). Then I protested for issuance of memo to me and asked for change of section. My director is a harsh lady. She got angry on this. It has been only 6 months in that section. They made me write an application that I want to change section. (As per my department policy, no employee can transferred before completion of 2 years at a seat. After that they transferred me to a far office in India. After that I stopped going to office. After 2 months they relieved me from their office and sent me relieving order with order to join in that far office. I refused to receive the orders from postman. Now they pasted those orders all around my house. I am being mentally harassed. Plz help.

you will have to challenge the relieving order in Central Administrative Tribunal seeking reinstatement on grounds that no proper inquiry was conducted, nor were you given opportunity of being heard. However, we need to peruse the departmental policy all papers in detail for relevant advice.

Dear Sir
You yourself are an administrator, so you should have known the manner in which such notices are served. The Law does not offer remedy for willful defiance. There is a grievance redress mechanism in place under CCS Rules. You should have taken recourse to that. In case your problem is genuine and you have sufficient grounds a remedy may lie in High Court now.
