Mahindra First Choice made my vehicle unusable where to complaint

Here are the blunders done by mahindra first choice - making my vehicle unusable 1. Spoiled airbag mechanism 2. Spoiled all steering mount controls. 3. Used fake parts (Non OE). (Brand Name : PANARA, I was told these parts were received from Mahindra Hub). 4. Caused niggles. 5. Made me visit service centre several times. 6. Delivered the car in half wet condition causing foul smell. 7. Took 15 days for the service but messed up the car so bad that I had to revisit multiple times again. 8. Service manager (Mr.Dhinesh) spoke and behaved rudely to me. 9. Least bothered customer care team of Coimbatore MFCS dealer. I have written to customer care there is no response after 2 days. Please advise as how to proceed with this. Thanks.

You can send a legal /lawyer notice to the concerned car service shop .even after the notice if they don't respond we can take legal action against the concerned car service shop regarding the poor service & can claim the compensation for the damage caused to the car.

Dear sir
You can send a lawyer notice for deficiency of service. If they not responded then you can file consumer Complaint before the jurisdictional state consumer forum for new vehicle or compensation.
