LIC temproary employees job

Sir/Madam I worked in lic year of before 1991. I worked in lic atleast 300 days. Latest court judgement is they offer the job to ours. Can i get the job. I eligible for that. If I eligible for that job then how can i approach. I want a solution to my problem.
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
