My question is I have worked in LIC of India in 19.01.1994 to 13.4.2016 for 85 days as temporary assistant i am eligible for regular appointment?
Please give answer yes Or no.
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
