Legal rights of a pregnant woman at workplace

15-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My wife is working in a public sector bank with place of posting (500 meters) near our residence. Recently she has received her transfer orders to a place which is nearly 30-40 kms from our residence. The road to the new place of posting is not smooth and is having lot of potholes. Moreover we have a kid of 3.5 years and she is pregnant with our second baby (fifth month). Now daily travelling to new place of posting with poor road and conveyance may be detrimental to her health as well as to the baby. Now, does there exist a law by which we can avail a stay of transfer.
