Legal action for clearing pending salary not given by employer

Hi,i joined an organisation on 24 th april 2017 for technical sales profile in noida sector 63 and on 27 th may 2017 on the basis of my performance they asked me to leave from the organisation so i denied and told them that just give me dues by cheque and i will resign from the organisation then they said that we will clear your dues by 5 th of june 2017 along with other employees and when i asked them to give this statement in written then they denied and said we will try to clear your dues by 5 th for sure but i have not been given my salary yet they constantly giving me future dates and they are not replying me please help me out what can i do in this situation

You are hereby advised to approach the Labour Tribunal for seeking statutory remedy available to You. You should rush to advocate along with all the relevant documents. You will get all your dues according to law.
